CONSUMER GRASSROOTS ASSOCIATION
Consumer Grassroots Association (CGA) is an independent, multi-sectoral, non-political and non-profit Association committed to grassroots consumer protection, education, research, consultancy, anti-counterfeits campaign and advocacy on consumerism and customer-care issues.
CGA works towards a fair, just and safe marketplace for all Kenyan grassroots consumers in all sectors of the economy.
OUR MANDATE
Our mandate is drawn from the constitution of Kenya 2010 and other statutes on consumer protection.
CONSUMER PROTECTION
CGA is a national association with networks all over Kenya with a demonstrated experience in promoting grassroots consumer protection through policy and legislative work.
CONSUMER SENSITIZATION.
CGA runs consumer sensitization programs which target government, private sector, non-state actors and consumers to promote regulatory framework.
