What We Do
Access to adequate, nutritional food is essential in sustaining human life and ensuring that people live a life of dignity.
All CGA policies on specific issues are shaped and framed within a set of general, consumer-oriented principles.
Our aim is not only to resolve disputes but also to improve the overall industry standards. We offer training, advice, and support to help businesses comply with their legal obligations towards consumers. By committing to this, our members send a positive message to their customers.
If you have gone through a retailer’s complaint process and still feel unsatisfied, we are here to assist you. Our team can investigate your case while working alongside you and the retailer to find a resolution. Our services are completely impartial, ensuring a fair result. Additionally, if your purchase is eligible for our assistance, it will be entirely free of charge. Are you ready to begin?
